How I wish there could be a lower-cost plan that healthy individuals could get. Because healthy individuals will have less chance of getting sick and all and so less expenses compared to people who don't exercise, drink and smoke... It seems that people who have the choice and ability to discipline themselves are actually driving prices up because everyone collectively shoulders each other's current and soon to be expenses.
