		<description>Right combination of diet and excercise is really helpful in loosing weight. But make sure you dont give up early as it takes time to show results. Afterall to achieve something you have to put in that extra effort. But trust me it's really worth.</description>

Eat 4 to 6 small meals a day.  I know it sounds funny but it helps.  You can fit 4 to 6 small meals in each day all not going over 1800 calories, this way your metabolism starts working in overdrive and you body burns more weight much faster.

		<description>Wow I could not agree with you more.  People always looked at me and because I was never really "fat" or really big, they figured I was in O.K. shape.  And I was not at all...

I would tell them I'm not in good shape, just because I would never work out or exercise and I just felt out of shape.  I started doing my &lt;a href="http://www.pureonefitness.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;home fitness routine&lt;/a&gt; which actually caused me to gain weight, but good weight because I turned all that loose skin and fat, right into muscle, it was cool.  Anyway stop by my site if ya want, check out my before and after pics, they are fairly recent.
